Naresh Shanker is the former Chief Technology Officer of Xerox and the former Chief Executive Officer of Palo Alto Research Center. He is a technology executive with 30+ years of experience leading strategic decision-making and execution across diverse industries including healthcare and life sciences, semiconductors, hi-tech manufacturing and precision instrumentation, consumer electronics, print and imaging technologies.
At Xerox, Naresh was head of products, research & development globally, and the commercialization/GTM for all new ventures, including 3D liquid metal AM, Industrial IoT, cleantech, healthcare, AI/AR/VR, digital office print/production, and more. His responsibilities also included leading digital transformation, information technology and cyber security operations.
At PARC, Naresh built 3 deep-tech ventures from their venture studio - Novity IoT Sensing & Prognostics for Process Manufacturing, Mojave HVAC Thermal/Electrochemical Liquid Desiccant Cooling, and Elem 3D Additive Manufacturing.
Prior to his roles at Xerox, Naresh was CIO of HP and Palm.
