Steve Chase is the Global Head of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Innovation at KPMG International and Vice Chair of AI and Digital Innovation for KPMG US. He leads the firm’s strategy to build and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions, helping clients navigate a new era of technological change. In his current role, he also oversees KPMG’s strategic alliances, serving as the firm’s Alliance Leader for Google, and oversees the firm’s AI transformation program, KPMG aIQ.
A recognized thought leader on the business impact of artificial intelligence, Steve’s insights on responsible innovation and enterprise transformation have been featured in publications like Forbes, Fortune, and the Financial Times. He is also a featured speaker at premier global events, including the annual World Economic Forum and the Board Leadership Conference.
Before taking on his current global role, Steve was one of the founding leaders of KPMG’s U.S. Consulting practice, where he was instrumental in building it to a nearly $4 billion business. He began his career with KPMG in 1994 and has dedicated his work to helping clients, including serving as Lead Account Partner for industry leader AT&T, helping them execute complex technology transformations.
Steve earned his MBA from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where he currently serves on the McCombs Advisory Council, and holds BA degrees in Economics and Philosophy from the College of William and Mary.
